Thin walls; you hear nextdoor's converstaion. You hear neighbors talking outside.
Loud AC/heater; that wakes you up.
Windows; not installed right. You feel not only air but dust and sand coming in also. Loud when it's windy...
Green area: poop everywhere.
Parking; not assigned, not enough space.
Office staff: you never get same answers from them. Friendly, but not organized. Not flexible either.
Rules: always change without notification. Ask to give you a copy of lease contracts!
I've lived in 10 different apartments and this is definitely my worst living experience here. Great location though!
