Review from living in Heritage floorplan model.
We've lived in ONT for a year and need to move due to a job change. Overall, we've had a descent experience. The staff, particularly the maintenance folks, are friendly and helpful. The layout of our unit is great and the location right in New Town is amazing. I would recommend this place, but with reservations.
Our biggest gripes are that the overall construction is poor and the units are really expensive. With regard to the construction, the floorplans and options are nice, but the build and materials stink. I got a mark on a wall, tried to use a magic eraser, and ripped a piece of the drywall out with 2 swipes. The cable guy practically had to redo the wiring to get a descent signal. The carpet rips apart if you need to use a rag and spot remover.
On the expense side, for 1600/month, I kept wondering if renting was the way to go. Sidenote: Williamsburg as a whole is generally on the more expensive side. Many apartment communities with less than 1K/month rent are Section 8. Nothing wrong with that, but they have 30K/year income caps.
