I'm moving to the DC area and am bummed to see that most of the apartments up there got overwhelmingly negative reviews on apartmentratings.com. I give Regency at Longhill an A and will miss living here. It's spacious, modern, quiet and there's always plenty of parking. I've seen the apartments of all my twenty-something friends in the area and Regency tops them all in terms of quality and value. Only downside is that the rent keeps steadily increasing....
