Our airconditioner never worked well in summer, after calling MANY times all they said was that it needs to be replaced and as a result we never had a cool place at summer, summer heat was bearable but now in this cold winter our heater doesn't work well and they really do NOT care about this, after calling for 5-6 times they "fixed" it but somehow the "heater" blows cold air. OH my!
They also didn't clean home before I rented it which was very unusual for me.
