I have lived there for over six months, and the place sucks. They are always mixing up tenant files. Sometimes I got a late notice on my door and I always pay on time.
My first week I moved in, there was a swat team surrounding a building and they made everyone in that building evacuate. It has been crazy. I have seen so many police and arrests since I have been here it is ridiculous. I can't wait til my lease is up.
