Not worth the hassles

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Had no option on phone service and had to stick with Cavalier which cost more; loud air conditioning and heat made it sound like living in a wind tunnel; 25 cars were towed in one night over stickers; poor follow up to service requests; no chance to go over apartment with manager when lease ended and lost deposit because I missed on spot on carpet that I could have cleaned. Bad news. Looks nice on outside, not so good once you are there.
