The apartments themselves are very nice, but your experience really depends on what neighbors you end up with.

Turnover is very high so there are always people moving in and out.

I lived in one building with really quiet neighbors and everything was great.

I then moved into another building because I needed more bedrooms and got new neighbors who had a noisy dog, were really loud late at night, and left trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

This is not what I would expect from "luxury" apartments.
