Overall this is an excellent complex. I lived here while I attended grad school at the College of William and Mary. Of all the apartments I saw in Williamsburg this is by far the nicest. Steeplechase has many perks including a pool, carwash area, fitness room, etc. Apartment features include walk-in closets, wall to wall carpeting, fireplaces in certain units, washer/dryers, etc. This is a very safe area and is within walking distance to a couple of shopping centers which have stores such as: Target, Starbucks, Subway, Chick-fil-A, various banks, and Ukrops. It is a short drive to the College, historic Williamsburg, etc. I had very few maintance requests when I lived here and they were all fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Overall highly recomended.
