The apartments themselves are fine, pretty average stuff.
Pros: It's especially nice to have a full size washer & dryer in the unit. Great pool with lots of chairs. They paint one wall a different color for you. Grounds are very well maintained.
Cons: Alot of the appliances/doors/cabinets need to be replaced. The whole complex needs a fresh coat of paint. Some noisy neighbors. Expensive. Maintenance requests are either done immediately or completely forgotten about it. Lots of people who don't clean up after their pets. Fitness room is tiny and always stinks!
