These apartments are way overpriced for the quality - do not be fooled by the nice model apartment they show you. I have had repeated problems with plumbing, air conditioning and heating among other things. Repairs are never fixed on first request and you generally have to ask 3 times before someone will come out. Even then, the repairs are temporary - my AC has gone out 3 times, heating twice, and toilet 6 times. When I complained about maintenance a request not being taken care of 2 weeks after I had put in the request the manager asked if I had called back since the original request to say the item was still broken. I asked her if this meant I had to call everyday to say, "By the way, my toilet is still broken." and she said "yes"!!!! Unbelievable.
