I love Steeplechase. Please seriously do not listen to the reviews below. Since day one here Megan has made me feel at home. The staff is on top off all of my work orders. Matter of fact they have a aimco 24 hour guarantee on all work orders, if they do not have it fixed in 24 hours you do not pay rent until it gets fixed. Steeplechase is almost complete with their exterior renonvations and they are beautful. I am telling you Steeplechast is the place to live. It a an ultra safe neighborhood with one amazing staff. They really make you feel like family.
