I lived at Steeplechase for 3 years and absolutely loved it! I have been in a few of the other apartment complexes in Williamsburg and have to say that Steeplechase is, by far, the nicest. The apartment itself was well-designed and had all the amenities I was looking for (having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially handy). I never had a problem with noise and I always found my neighbors to be friendly. I always felt safe, even when coming in late at night. Maintenance was usually dealt with quickly - one time they had to replace my A/C unit which took a few days, but the issue was handly professionally and I believe they did it as quickly as possible. I found the staff to be friendly and the grounds to be beautiful. Their pet policy was also one of the best (if not the best!) among other Williamsburg complexes.
