Currently live at these apartments and have heard nothing but bad things about it from the day I moved here...a lot of apartments have had problems with water leaks...I know two people who had their ceiling cave in. Our heat had broken down at 8 pm one night and I called maintenance right away on the emergency line and they never called and they didn't show up until 10 am the next day. I only moved here for the convenience of the dog park but am planning on moving out when my lease is up. They fail to keep up with the maintenance and filling of holes at the park and you can get a better apartment for what you pay here. Management doesn't care to keep current tenants and will raise your rent after the first year. Old appliances and carpet is matted down.

I have lived here for several years and know for a fact the rent raise is done every year due to the economy it will be done anywhere you go!As far as the water leaks that was taken care of from specialist that did each building until all new plumbing was put in. Which maintance and office personnel took the time to post notices on every door! Front office is always friendly and try to address the issues at hand right away. Maintenance is awesome they always respond in a timely manner. And if their is something they cant do right away over the weekend they are their monday morning first thing of the day. Um hello some business are closed on weekends so I can completely understand that!Its called patience is a virtue!
