I am a very reasonable person and I totally understand when unavoidable circumstances happen. This was not the case in regards to the Steeplechase Apartments near New Town. The location may be decent but the service from the staff is terrible. Worst I have ever experienced (and I have lived a lot of places). They were rude, inattentive, and just not knowledgeable.

If you look around and compare prices you will also see that this place is WAY over priced for the cost of living. You can do much better and now I am living in a beautiful home, in a great neighborhood, for 30% less than Steeplechase!
