We just moved in and it went really smooth. The staff was so helpful, they even got us a bowl of ice water for our Chocolate Lab, Scarlett. The apartment is georgous and the lobby and elevators are all marble tile and stainless steel- so are the appliances. The washer dryer is really convenient and brand new, and the dishwasher is so quiet that I can't even hear it when I am in the living room! Really great place, and we got TWO MONTHS FREE! I am looking forward to not paying rent!

What size apartment did you end up taking?I am out of state looking for an apartment to rent in williamsburg.This place is on my list-I was told over the phone,,, YOU only get TWO MONTHS FREE if you pay the higher market rate,,so if the non discounted rent is 1350,,You pay 1350 not the sale price of 1100 per month,,UNLESS i was misinfomed over the phone,,IF you got 2 free months rents with out paying the higher price,,,PLEASE email me and let me know,,THESE apts are brand new but very expensive,,Since i am in florida,,I can not run over and look at them,,Did you have to pay the 100 amenty fee? Or are you an employee trying to get buisness?LOL..,I was looking at large 2 bedroom /The market rate is over 1,500,,The cheapest apt is 1,000,,thats for a small one bedroom,Thats a lot of money!!!!Tell me this please,,How was the application process?Was it a hassel?Would you email me pleaseand let me know what size you took,,What if your credits is not perfect?Are they real pickie do you know?Thanks for your help,,my email address is americannurse7184@gmail.com....
