i live there now and wish i didn't. there are many roaches and treating it doesn't help, they all chill on the steps and scatter when you walk up, it's friggin nasty. the office staff couldn't be any ruder and un-helpful. the pool seems to be closed when it should be open. they repaved the entire place recently to attract new tenants even though just a couple pot holes were all that needed to be filled, then raised our rent $25 a month. hmmm....coincidence' my neighbors are pretty much keep to themselves and the fat lady upstairs stomps around at very odd hours. i see police cars around this area ALL the time and don't feel real safe around here. i hate this location
