I will try to be as objective as I can.

Property management is hit or miss. Penny, the manager is a very sweet person, very helpful. NO ONE ELSE in the company fits that description.

Maintainance was slow to deal with everything. The light bulb at my door would stay burnt out for weeks. You couldn't see anything through the peephole when you looked out, and there was no chain on the door, not very safe. God forbid you have something that needs to be fixed, you'll wait forever.
We went through a long period where the water to our building would be cut off everyday. The reason: a clogged sewage main was backing up so far that it was flooding the basement apartments with you know what. The smell was terrible, there was all kinds of damage done, and the best part: never really fixed. They got things sort of moving again, but not like it should so occasionally the water was still cut off and a crew called to come pump it out. Disgusting.
Then I had some tiles fall off the wall in the bathroom. Their solution' Caulk a piece of plastic over it. This pretty much tells you that this place will do anything not to spend any money at all. Which is really frustrating considering that rent increased twice while I lived there.

The neighbors are loud and rude. And best of all the walls are paper thin. If anyone in the building is making noise, couples fighting or... whatever, you'll hear it. And so will your kids if you have them, and think this is a nice place for them to grow up. It's not. Whoever claimed that in a review is out of their mind, or works for the complex.

If this is the most expensive place you can afford, go somewhere cheaper. It's not worth the extra money. If you can afford anything better, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
