I had my first apt at Villiage of Woodshire. Although I keep reading all these bad reviews on the place I disagree to a point. Yes maintence upkeep was a problem. But whenever I had a problem the two female managers were always willing to help me. Yes the price for the apt is a little high concerdering the apts need to be updated but you are paying for a nice neighborhood. Village of Woodshire are decent apts you can find better but you can also find worse!!!

I am a resident here. I call it the "ghetto" because of the low life that lives here, ex. illegal immigrants, a lot of people can't speak english. Most hallways are dirty with cigarette butts. Very noisy in the hallways. Yes, they are doing work here, but need to do more with the structure than the flowers. I can't recommend this apartment, only to the low life. Ex. you have 5 people living in a one bedroom apartment, lots of illegal drugs on the premises. Conclusion is the office hires this low life and wonder why they have all these problems. When it was first opened about 45 years ago, you had a lot of military and respectable people living here, now its gone to the dogs.
