This place is a dump. There are large cockroachs coming from the woods that crawl across your bed at night. The police are always in here responding to some kind of domestic problem or crime. There are more and more -------- moving in and I can speculate that there are a least 8 of them living in one apartment and I am confident that all of them are not legal U.S. Citizens. The drug activity here is also obivious. The management staff is rude and inexperienced. Don't hold your breath waiting for help from them. If you read the papers, this was the apartment complex where a newborn baby was left on a doorstep and the police found the placenta in the dumpster (I know it's gross but you need to know what kind of s**t goes on in this place). Do yourself a favor and keep looking. The apartments off Longhill Rd. are much nicer and the neighborhood is much better. There is no assigned parking here, so look for a pretty long walk to your apartment if you come home around 9PM or so. The electrical in this apartment is unsafe and I am sure these broken outlets will one day cause a fire. This is not a community that cares about families. If you have kids; DON'T MOVE HERE. At night there are large gruops of teenagers roaming around. This is not a safe place to take a walk at night nor is it a safe place to raise your children. Do yourself a favor and check with the police dept. before you sign a lease here. They can provide you with information about how many times they've been out here. Its all public record. The sheriff is also in here every day serving papers. My guess is that if the management doesn't like you they will find any reason they can to evict you. This place is becoming a ghetto full of crime, drugs, and prostitution. Please heed my warnings and find somewhere else to live. Trust me, coming from someone who is living here, You'll be glad you did...Personally, I can't wait to move out. Remember...Knowledge is power.

If you are so unhappy....then you need to move!!! NO one wants to hear about your whinning. NOT everyone gets served with a silver spoon in their mouth. Police could be out if someone was passing out...or fallen down the stairs. WHY must it always be negative. You don't know anything. You think you do! You are the reason why apartment communities have bad names. Maybe you should move out now...so no one will catch your evil spirit. And where does it say that -------- are not allowed to live in an apartment community??? Do you live in their apartment???? No..so you don't even know who lives there, nor is it non of your business. Can't you find something better to do with yourself than ----- about everything not going your way. And lastly, the baby was never outside...so if you are so up to date on issues here you should check out that police report to get the right story. Any QUESTIONS??? I didn't think so. I am sure you would never tell management they were rude and inexperienced to their face would you??? NO! Let me know if you do. You are a joke. Like i said in the beginning...JUST MOVE!! NO one wants a sour puss in their neighborhood...who wants to stir the pot by all their gossip and drama!!

Wow, that was kind of rude.....this is place where you can voice your opinion.....with no back talk......autumnred19....relax this is forumn where you opinion does means something for someone who does not no the community.... I notices that this person stated --------....but the problems it really with the person that owns that building i wondering what color he is....hmmm let me guess.....GRIN>>>>So let yell at the right person!!!!

Well to let you all know i have lived here for 3 years and i have not had that many problems. I may have had one or two issues with maintanence but that is really about it. Other than the rent being raised i have not problems with the neighborhood.
