The walls are thin. I can hear everything and I mean everything! The building is old and needs alot of repairs. Our car was vandalized here. Too much crime and too much drugs. Needs more police patrolling this place alot. As soon as the police turn their back then something happens. I was also a witness to the drunk driver of the SUV who sideswiped several parked cars near the front office and did not even stop. When I went out to check my mail I was approached by a woman asking who could sell her drugs. At night it seems to be like drive by to get the drugs with all the cars stopping out front late at night. Definitely do not move in here with kids!!
With alot of TLC and police patrols this place would get a higher rating from me.
