I have to agree with every one else that has responded to this posting -- what a joke. You go in and they really kiss up to you to get you to sign a lease. The real truth is discovered after you move in.

Management here is worthless.... the previous manager would have her husband do her dirty work... He would get nasty with residents, and the new manager cries herself to sleep everynight because she knows that she doesnt know what shes doing!!!

Evidently no one monitors this site in any way, shape, or form, to keep ghetto-ass managers like the one that wrote this review from breaking the rules. The same crap is going on over at the Longhill Grove Apartments rating - management keeps posting fake responses and fake reviews. Ms. Cole would do well to spend a little less time surfing the 'Net and more time fixing the problems in her complex.

There are no positives in that crappy place, seems a few of the other properties post a five as well, Great Atlantic shouldn't manage a dog kennel much less places where people live.

oh, every time i go in to renew my lease, they are just real nice and print out the work requests in the computer and promise to get to it asap. last time i was told the hired 4 new maintenance people. a handy man's one thing, but a plumber or hvac professional is something entirely different. frankly, this property is poorly managed. they're real good at patching over things, but real repairs that fix the problem, forget it.
