The previous reviews are spot-on. The management is downright rude, which is a mask for their incompetence and refusal to fix any problems. Every person in the office will claim to have no responsibility for anything going on in the complex. Do not trust a word they say, especially when what they say involves fixing something or resolving a problem. I have been witness to the staff mocking tenants for coming in to request maintenance.

What maintenance that does get done is done by rude individuals who have a habit of unlocking and opening doors without knocking. Thankfully this is rare, as maintenance never really makes it out to fix problems.

Had I known about this website before I rented here, I would have found another place in town. Do not rent here. Do not trust the management. For that matter, do not rent from Great Atlantic or any of its apartment complexes. Do drop by and eat their cookies. The chocolate chip ones are usually pretty good.
