The fourth person down is on crack. And if it really is the manager, then you can already tell what sort of drama you re going to deal with. I was supposed to move in on the 10th, was pushed back to the 14th and after 3 cans of raid, and 4 Raid foggers I found out why. The attendant who took care of my paperwork couldn t tell me why my date was pushed back before we walked the apartment but the next day she was somehow fully aware of the previous tenant and why my date was pushed back. The apartment I moved into was INFESTED with cockroaches to a magnitude that would make your stomach turn. After i brought this to the attention of the manager of the property,the atitude was silent shock but all business. I seemed to have annoyed her with my request for documentation citing the EXACT reason why my lease was voided. I told her i would be by the next day to pick up my lease, the voided lease and documentation concerning why the lease was canceled. When i showed, 1)she wasn't there, and 2) all i got was lease papers with the word "VOID" written all over them. After explaining that the utility companies will need to see proof that i moved out through no fault of my own i finally got a piece of paper vaugly stating what had happened. This place is a mess. I have the pictures (copy and paste the URL's below), video and voided lease to prove it. Stay away.

please tell how you went about getting out of your lease. the roaches are taking over. i have a baby and i cant live like this.
