The over all construction of this place is terrible. Plumbing is seriously faulted. Inside heat pump sounds like a freight train. They have recently upgraded the kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies, to try to mask the shotty over all construction.
The only good things I can think of is the location is good, which has nothing to do with the apartments themselves. The grounds are not to bad, but nothing special. It has a nice picnic area on the hill in front, but is continuously vandalized by the thug teenages who reside here. If you read the newspaper, Woodshire is ledgendary for crime. The doorstep baby was national news. And by the way, residents are almost 50% hispanic. In many cases, 8 to 12 in a single apartment with no furnature. Management turns a blind eye to it. Thats how desperate they are to fill apartments.

Roaches are in abundence in many buildings. The pest company that they have contracted out is not working. The dumpsters have been over-flowing for the better part of a year now. They pick up twice a week which allows the trash to overflow a majority of the time. This will NEVER be corrected, management states that is out of thier control. This next part may seem unbelieveable to you if you have never actually lived here. During the times when every single dumpster in the complex is in over-flow mode, Management tasks thier maintinance staff to dig threw the bags of trash that are set aside the dumpster. They collect pieces of paper with personal information on them in order to get proof and send you a $25 fine on your door. Then threaten you with legal action if the fine is not paid by the next morning. Threats are abundent here. It seems that the manager had to park a few biuldings down one night because of the lack of parking spaces. The next day, we got one of our famous memos telling us that guests should park in the back of the complex to leave spaces for tennents. In fact, the wording says that it was ordered. They have no record of the tennents vehicles, so how are they to know in the first place whos car is whos'

Management: Management changes a lot around here. The current staff is very unhelpful and rude. Very unprofessional. Which of coarse spills over into maintinance. This has to be the worst maintinance staff on the face of the earth. They simply can't do anything right. If it's broke, you wait for a month for them to show up and they dont fix it. At one time, they had money to burn around here. I complained about stains on my top floor ceiling. It was assumed that the roof leaked. The entire roof of the building was re-done. A couple weeks later, after they have painted over the stains on the ceiling with brown paint, (my walls are beige) I told them that new stains had developed since the new roof. So the little girl in the office put in a request to have the roof re-done for a second time, which they did. The stains continued to develope after that. Ends up that the problem was squirrels living in the rafters were urinating to make the stains.

I have had 100's of neighbors in this biulding in the 10 years I have lived here. Most run away screaming, however the illegals tip toe away after 2 months. This place is trashy, management is incompitent, maintinance is non-functional, crime is rampent.

I admite that I put up with a lot and didnt really feel like moving. At this point, I feel forced out. I love the post titled, "I don't know what they are talking about." That was obviously written by a desperate and falling apart management staff. She was in clear violation of the rules regarding this site. There is a check box pertaining to that rule.

If you are considering moving to this complex, run away from that thought, save yourself from the pain and anger of living here. This place is a dump of the highest order, STAY AWAY! Unless of coarse you are an illegal immagrent with 11 buddies who wants to live cheap for 2 months and skip out before the sherrif puts a notice on your door. Or you really love cockroaches as cuddly little pets.

I can't wait to see what kind of memo I get on my door next week. They will assume it is me and kick me out after 10 years of timely rent payment without fault. I'm outta here!
