This place is a nightmare! Everyone else has it dead on. The buildings are dilapidated and beyond repair. One of the contractors working on our "new kitchen" stole from my apartment. I had a broken AC through 60% of the summer and now broken heat and it is December. I have been calling for weeks. My kitchen flooded on a weekend and they wouldn't come out because "it wasn't an emergency". My fuse box smelled like it was burning and they didn's send anyone out. Our water stopped working - yes, I mean NO WATER - on a Tuesday night and they didnt even respond to my phone call about still no heat and no water. I went almost 24 hours with no water. The management is always changing and it never gets better. They treat you like you are bothering them when you call to report a maintenance issue. Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life. I am now taking my rent checks to the courthouse because I am not getting anything fixed. I have never seen the "resident cop" that supposably lives here, I had a domestic dispute outside my building where the guys threatened to shoot each other. The single good review posted on this site was posted by on of the staff. This IS the ghetto of Williamsburg! Everything here is in disrepair. Don't let the "new kitchens" and the new paved parking lots decieve you. If you want to live somewhere THIS crappy, you can find it for half the price in any other city! This place is a DUMP!
