Living in this community for the past eight months has been a nightmare. The first apartment I lived in here flooded every time it rained. To their credit, management did eventually move me to a different apartment after their attempts to correct the flooding problem (such as installing an expensive drain in the building) failed. However, upon moving to my current apartment, management stopped paying attention to any problems or issues I brought up. After I moved in to this apartment in November, there were several problems I had with it; namely, the carpet and the fixtures are in awful shape and the place has a persistent smoke smell. Starting around December or January, fairly significant bug problems arose. My ceiling has leaked when it rains for the past month, and nothing has been done after three reminders to management.

I cannot attest to other people's claims that there are drug rings, prostitution, etc. here, but I would certainly believe it, considering.

In short, for the fairly high price that is charged, this place is not at all worth it. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease in August, and considering how much I hate moving, that's saying something.

I have a friend who recently stopped working there, due to the poor work ethics. Your Apartment Probably smelled like smoke because she told me the two housekeepers remaining smoke in the apartments. there are three maintenance workers there one paints and thats it, one is the assistant who does very little and yells at kids I saw him one day when i was over visiting. the other follows the housekeepers around and then theres the supervisor. according to my friend he shows up 10 or 11 am while all the other employees show up at 8am. so I can see your anguish. I was considering moving there but when my friend told me tenants should do backgrounds on employees before moving there I was like uhhh no thanks I'll move somewhere else! God Bless!
