The village is a great place to live,Ive been living here three years now and Ive gotten new vinal flooring,new cabinets,lights and mirrors.our parking lots have just also been renewed.my wife and one year old son enjoy the family oriented community,there are plenty of parents walking with there children,and kids playing.I belive that some of those people writting negative stuff are the ones that were making this community bad,they are either ex tenants evicted or,ex employees not doing there job.I have been seeing plenty of changes resently of with i am happy with.I dont think management is perfect,nor maintnance,nor us tenants but,if you are like i am and belive"it takes a village of good people to make the village"then come see for yourself if you want to be part of it.

I am not a ex anything other than a perspective tenant, I visited the property and talked with some of the tenants, leaking roofs, sewage backup's, bugs, and it's past history with drugs was enough for me not to choose that place for my Family!

Unfortunately I still live here, my lease isn't up yet. This place is without a doubt the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I've never met a neighbor who had anything nice to say about this place either. The "upgraded" kitchens are worse than the old ones, the installation was only half completed, the ceilings leak, management never fixes anything. I guess its a matter of perspective though. If you grew up in a third world country or in a ghetto, then you will feel right at home here.

Check it out, current Village of Woodshire manager Kymberly Cole (do not censor this, it is public information) is posting fake reviews again. Doesn't anyone moderate this site?

if you cant tell, this is a post from that horrible manager Kristine. If managemets job discription etails surfing the internet for negitive feedback well then i'll be damned. i thought it would be more along the lines of being pleasent, and keeping their property better maintained. I wish i had a jb where i could sit on my butt all day and surf the internet and be a miserable human being.

Just as happened before, the reviewer obviously works for management. Kimberly Cole did the same thing a few years ago. It goes to show how desperate they are. If you suggest that this is a great place to live,,, you must be a roach.
