Wow where do i start...if you want definite health code violations, roaches, gun-shots outside our window, 14 year olds doing ungodly things in the laundry room...yea this is the place for you! But seriously...there are cops every other day, the apartments come in all conditions including infested, moldy, mushrooms growing out of carpets, broke down and dirty. It takes weeks (if ever) for work orders to be fulfilled, and yet it takes 3 retards with work shirts on to sweep a set of stairs' Oh and i know my neighbors little girl was sick from living here (Their tile was green('!'!), and since moving out she has recovered completely) This place is nothing short of a death trap, and god help you if you have kids. Please spare them. ***there should be an option for no stars cuz thats the rating id give them***

I HAVE LIVED AT THE VILLAGE AND LOVE IT. I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE ALWAYS BLAME OTHERS FOR ROACHES. OBVIOUSLY APARTMENTS DONT GIVE YIU ROACHES NASTY PEOPLE DO. ANYWAY I HAVE NEVER HAD MOLD OR ROACHES MAYBE I AM CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANY FAMILY OF MINE AND FRIENDS.

i agree..this place is truely horrible!!!!! and to whoever replied above me..you are seriously stupid and so wrong and obviously have little knowledge of the place..you are probrably related to the manager and dont want her to lose her job or something..this place is a hell hole for real..es la verdad!!
