You'd be better off living under a bridge.

at least if you lived under a bridge, you wouldnt have to deal with the horrible management. I have ever in my life met such incompetent, snide, individuals who act so put out by being asked to do their jobs. In the winter, my 2 small children and i didnt have heat for at least a month before they came and brought us emergency space heaters which DIDNT work, might i add because the electric is so bad here, they were instantly fried..along with my hair drier and my fan when our AC didnt work for at least 4 months. I called the office about it every day, and all they could do was tell me they put the work order in, and "it'll be done when it's done". Go ahead and consider "newly renovated" false advertising. I dont let my children go out and play at the playground because its the local hangout for older "KIDS" and smells of urine and feces, and is littered with drug paraphernalia. Dont consider going to the pool unless you like to be stared at by groups of individuals who arent even in swimwear. Since ive moved in theres been 2 infestations of bugs, 3 unnatural deaths, a meth lab, and cops in the neighborhood every night. but somehow they always miss the crackhead that wanders through the parkinglot in a daze every night when im on my way home from work. And then i get the displeasure of parking 2 buildings away from my own because there's at least 10 people in the apartment across the hall from me..all of which apparently drive cars. the only way i'd suggest someone moving into woodshire is if they didnt value their money or their quality of living.

I see things have really improved there since I left the complex in June -- haha. Do you know that they have a "security guard" that lives on the property as well? After a year of living there I happened to see him one day. I thought the person in the office that told me was joking. You forgot to mention the shootings that I have heard have taken place on at least two separate occassions and one of the times the cops were already there. A bridge would definitely provide better living conditions. I will tell you though that when you are able to get out you stand good chances of getting your security deposit back.

The "security" guard is acctually a police officer who lives in the community. But don't let that fool you because while he's nice and does his job elsewhere, here it's a lost cause.
