I have lived in this hellhole since May. Even though I'll be out if a few months my move out date cannot come soon enough. Since day one I've had issues with management/maintenance. Anytime something breaks (a regular occurrence), whether it be the A/C, the heat, the stove or power to the kitchen it has taken weeks for them to respond. Only upon threats of legal action/reduced rent payments was I able to get something fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I'm constantly finding roaches despite how clean I keep my unit and the neighbors are awful. Constant noise at all hours of the day. When management was made aware of this they did nothing and have used it as a joke ever since. This was all before a drive by shooting just outside my building. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
