Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
This has to be the worst complex on Earth. Roaches in every apartment. Trash over flows the dumpsters. AC rarely works. Management are a bunch of monsters. Maintinance is non-exsistant. If you have a problem that persists, they threaten you.
98% immigrints. A real trash place. Not meant for humans.
