This place has really gone down hill in last 6 months since the previous manager, Beth Luzier left. I have lived here since the community opened in 1999. Beth really did put her heart and soul into this place as if it were her own. She really cared about the people who call this place home. The new manager and maintenance staff are too concerned with what is going on in their personal life to care about the community itself. The apartments are nice and if you do not mind doing the maintenance yourself then you will be fine. The maintenance staff is never available to help. The kids in the community are unruly and are not kept under control. The staff does nothing about it, because both of them have children running around all hours of the day and night. Unless, management is changed I will not be renewing my lease again in 2006 and I have talked to many others who feel the same. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
