Over my four years of living there, I have gone weeks without air in the summer (think 90 degrees) and weeks without heat in the winter (think 30 degrees). While one would think that these are emergencies, Peppertree does not and god forbid that you leave a message on the wrong machine. The management is horrible and useless. They chose to selectively enforce rules and don't carry out rules for all residents. Good luck getting maintainence to come fix something (my garbage disposal has been broken for 2 years). Be prepared from them to have any reason coming into your house. They do work without giving proper notice. In close, a waste of thousands of dollars.
