The place looks nice there is plenty of parking. It is clean but they have raised the rent the past four years. I think with a little effort one could find a better bang for your buck.
The front office is full of arrogant woman that hate there job. There is never a smile or how are you doing. So I guess you could say the managment is terriable.
Dont get an apartment next to the tennis court unless you rims and a nice car then its nice to park next to the lights but they do shine right in the windows all night.
They were ordered to keep them on because of the high burgarely rate. (not sure if i spelled that right sorry)
There is a lower income complex right next door close to the railroad tracks and often see slumish looking people walking through our complex to get to the grocery store.

The weather is great and the tennis courts are nice how ever they closed the pool all of last summer.

Did i mention they also treat the customers poorly.

You can barely spell or create a cohesive sentence to describe your experience at Peppertree. This and your reference to 'Rims' and comment about slumish complex next door lead me to put little trust in your assesment of Peppertree. You rent you home as well, and your apartment complex is not necessarily the 'best' in the area. In fact, most people could consider you 'low rent' and 'slummy'. Every time that I have spoken with the ladies who work at Peppertree, I have found them professional and helpful, perhaps they have particular disdain for your piss poor attitude and general malaise.

I find it hard to believe you would live at an apartment complex for 3 years! that you claim the management is terrible?

I also find it hard to believe that you would live somewhere for so long that you "hated." I never heard of any crime at Peppertree and the ladies were ALWAYS nice to me and my dogs and even referred to them by name. Sounds to me like you're just an angry person who can't even spell!
