As a previous tenant, I lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom, I can say that Peppertree is a great community. I never had any problems, when things broke the maintenance staff fixed them quickly, I never heard any loud noises, I was always able to park up front and felt safe and comfortable walking my dogs at night and everything always looked clean. The office staff was always nice and accomadating and was great with my move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Overall I would have to say that it was a great living experience and I would defintely recommend anyone to live there.
