Nice place, but next to water treatment plant

We went and looked at these apartments and thought they looked very nice, brand new, nice facilities etc. but as we were leaving we noticed that they are located right next to a water treatment plant which caused a very unpleasant smell. For this reason, I believe the apartments should be a bit cheaper, and we will be looking elsewhere.

Would of been nice of them to tell us that when we moved in. I feel bad for the people who actually live across from it.

If you go down Rippon Blvd. to get there, you can't miss it. You can't smell it from the apartments. Of more concern is the mosquitos from the nearby swamp. |
