I lived at Riverside March 07 to May 08. Moved out, went to school, then moved back in with my boyfriend June 08 until present (currently trying to find a WAY OUT!) My previously experience living at Riverside Station was positive. When Bozzuto Management was the property management company, I never had any problems. However, I guess a lot can change in one year.
Since we have moved in, we have had to kill at least a spider a day (even after countless complaints and promises that an exterminator would take care of it). We have had heating bills in upwards of $300 in the summer time; there have been multiple gas leaks since we have moved in. We had a leak in a closet that was left alone before we moved in, we told them it looked like a water stain, they ignored us, the stain then resulted in mold when there was a rainstorm. Parking is ultimately fend for yourself, meaning that if you return home any time after 7pm, be prepared to walk at LEAST 300 yards to get to your apartment. This parking situation can be assumed to be a trick for the managment company to FORCE you to get a garage and pay another $200 a motnh if you don't want to drag groceries, etc, 300 yards to your apartment, in the snow, rain, sleet, ice, etc... The staff; including maintenance and leasing office; do not communicate, I always have to call to follow up on maintenance issues, etc. and have complained as to why the maintenance staff enters my apartment without my knowledge. Our neighbors like to throw full trash bags and beer bottles all over the ground in front of our balcony, and one neighbor does not pick up after his large dogs, allows them to roam free, so there are "landmines" to watch out for while trekking to the car. Our hot water stopped working twice, our A/C unit started blowing hot air in the middle of the night at a temperature above 100 degrees and could not be turned off, and just recently, we discovered that we have a mouse roommate...

In summary the problems we have had:
-spiders, spiders, spiders!
-multiple unexplained gas leaks and expensive gas bills
-rodent roommates
-have to pack a lunch to find car in parking lot
-cold showers are common
-crude, rude, uncourteous, and littering neighbors
-you WILL learn the names and birthdays of the maintenance staff

Although some of these issues seem comical, they are very serious. The price for these apartments are prime for this area, but the service and living condidtions are not.

NEEDLESS to say, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to rent from RIVERSIDE STATION APARTMENTS.
