Don't Hold Your Breath

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
They've had 18 months to get the gates working, so don't hold your breath. Yet they continue to advertise this as a secure gated community.

Insects and smell from the reclamation facility are a problem in summer. Apartments are poorly constructed. Staff is extremely unresponsive and forgetful. Some train noise. No landscaping to speak of.
