I actually have been satisfied (but, I do not live on the ground floor). Parking was abundant when I first moved in, but it is beginning to get crowded. The gates are problematic. But, they are now more functional then they've been in the past. The walls, ceilings, and floors are "thin." Noise can definitely be a problem at times. The maintenance staff and grounds keeping staff have been superb. Yet, the one and only trash bin constantly overflows with trash! One would think that Buzzuto would increase their frequency of trash pick-up. I have not ever encountered any problems with the management personnel. The apartment's location is its primary bragging point. It is walking distance from the VRE train station and surrounded by townhomes and single family homes. It is near main arteries serving Woodbridge. The thorns in its location is the nearby water treatment plant and the fact that pre-teens have no place to really play! (That water treatment plant can really ruin your day at times! It stinks!!!) Nonetheless, I would recommend this complex and would return to this complex if I had to.
