The people at the front office were as nice and helpful as they could be, but the lead maintenance man (George) is lazy and tries to avoid fixing anything by telling you its nothing to worry about. To get something done you will probably have to talk to the front office a few times about the same subject until he gets tired of coming to your apartment. As far as the spiders, they are RIDICULOUS. If you have children please be careful because they are everywhere and they are HUGE. I am in no way scared of spiders but some of them were so big I couldn't even step on them because they were about 3/4 the size of a cup holder, SERIOUSLY. I lived on the lower level, near the woods and I think those apartments have it the worst. They do have pest control but it seems to have very little effectiveness. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear what your neighbor is watching on their television, you can even hear the squeaking of the door jams when your neighbor above you opens their bedroom door, along with them taking a shower and even peeing. And if the person above you routinely wears heels you will hear almost every step they take. But all round the apartments were very well maintained appearance wise.

The average cost for gas, electric, and water is 100-110 per month.

For us, it was around 50 for water (depending on if we had neighbors or not at the time, it went up if we did), around 50 for gas, and around 150-200 for electric. Internet/cable fell around 80/month. I wouldn't recommend moving here, but if you must get a 1st or 2nd floor apartment. There are no elevators.

I lived here for about 4 months from January-May. Our water was around 20, gas about 150 and electric about 70. We had Verizon FIOS, (amazing quality, not the most reliable but definately the best) and it was about 120/month for phone, internet and TV. Never had a problem with the place. I lived on the 4th floor and it's a hike, but you know that moving in. Had a problem with the dryer and toilet and they both got fixed ASAP. The office does close promptly (and yes, by that sometimes I mean 5 minutes early), but it's a business, so what do you really expect. They are open on the weekends, which is when we would pick up packages as we usually weren't home from the base in time. We had friends who lived all over the area and no one else's apartments were so new or nice looking. You will pay the most but you also get the best quality for the area.
