I lived in this neighborhood twice once from 1992-1994 at the age of eight and was struck by a car due to overflow cars parked on the sides of streets that are too small and not well marked for speed and children. Then I stayed with a friend there from 2001-2002 and nothing had changed children were still unsafe with no safe playground or playarea near each building. the apartments were still nasty and infested with bugs and there seems to be no screening process as to how many people are living in one apt. many 1&2 bedroom apts. were inhabited by as many as 6 adults and 8 children. i would not recommend this to anyone with an ounce of decency as with most of the apts. in that part of woodbridge
