I've been living here for 4years and most of my neighbors are nice. Let's be for real, these are apartments! not private houses! people are bound to make noise occasionally. The apts are big and reasonably priced, you can walk to the stores on the Plaza or take the bus almost anywhere. Maintenance is good, you don't have to fix anything, cause they will fix it for you. If you don't like where you live, move! Seriously!
