I've lived here for over 4 years, and seriously, it's not bad. I've read some of the other comments and I don't agree. As far as the roaches go, I've lived in two different apartments here and in the first one I never saw one. The second, when I first moved in there were a few, but i called for extermination (its FREE) and I have no more problems. If you have roaches, TRY CLEANING! Really, i feel like for the amount of rent i pay i'm getting a pretty good deal. I've don't have a problem getting work done in my apartment, and everyone in the office is always friendly. I like living here and i have alot of friends who live here to that feel the same way. Alot of the complaints that here just come with living in an apartment, if you don't like it, buy a house!
