My experience at Bayvue wasn't too bad. This was my first apartment. It was nice until Spanish folks moved into the building I was in. Nothing wrong with Spanish folks, but the next thing I noticed, was ROACHES!! I would have maintenance come in every week to spray, but it didn't help. Eventually after living there for 2 years, I moved out and purchased a townhome. Bayvue will be alright once they get rid of the bugs.
