I lived in bayvue for two months out of a three month lease, what a dump. Not enough washers and dryers, bugs, management leaving nasty notes on my door about something that was their oversight. Route one is loud all the time, lots of sirens. I should have known something was wrong when they did not need a deposit from me. I think they were so happy I had a good job. Stay away for bayvue
