Bayvue Corporate Office has a big problem with employees resigning and moving forward. It is not good too work for Southern Management and live on site, because they are quick to harrass ex-employees and threaten to evict. The staff at Bayvue is very dishonest in every way, they do alot of covering up when it comes to tenants approaching them about different issues. If the property manager has it out for you she will get the corporate office to back her and do a cover-up. Debbie is the ----- and everyone is glad the she is gone. She would always make negative comments about the residents and what she was going to do to get back at them. This one tenant she intentionally placed noisey people over there heads in order to run her family out of the community, all because she stood up too them when it came to the up keep of maintenance in her apartment. She really did not know who she was dealing with at the time, because the tenant is very bright and she definitely knew her rights when it came down too it all. This woman definitely help keep the building clean and paid her rent faithfully on time each month and now they want her too leave the property all because she called a government agency on them about the roaches. I truly believe that the majority of the --------- in the community at Bayvue are illegal and do not have the proper paperwork but Bayvue will give them an apartment in a minute. I know for a fact a former employee stated she know for sure the majority of them do not have the proper paperwork, but the Property Manager, let them rent too make the numbers look good on her reports for her corporate office. I think the tenants need to pull together and call INS and have them come in to investigate immediately. I heard they ask the Property Manager Debbie to resign, but they call it early retirement, another coverup. LIES AND MORE LIES. Christine Hynes the assistant she is what we call a HOUSE NIGER, she know that they are foul at that office and she will agree with all the BS, just too keep her job. CHRIS, STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU KNOW IS RIGHT! Never backup lies and help coverup wrong doings it will be revealed sooner than you think. In addition, I read some of the comments that people wrote, and for all of you who just wanted too have something nice too say about Bayvue, stop lying too yourselves, be real, it is not about the tenants keeping their apartments clean, I can say the majority of them do and they go all out too make sure there apartments are clean, the places is roach infested and inhabital too live.
