I was over in the buildings by the office, but I had a relatively pleasant experience. It was a little scary at night sometimes, but no one every bothered me. I never had any bugs, and the maintenance staff was great. As long as you pay your rent on time, the office staff is very nice, professional and helpful. It is a little ghetto, but for the price it was when I lived there, it was worth it. I think the rent may be too high now, but it is all over NOVA. I'm reading a lot of negative comments about the hispanic population of Bayvue. Who cares' Mind your own business. LOve your neighbor. Are you afraid of a hard working person taking your job' I never had any problems with ANY of my immediate neighbors. They were very nice and pleasant, no matter what race they were.
