All the people writing negative comments about Bayvue are probably all troublemakers. I've lived here for 4years and never had any problems with any of my neighbors (regardless as to their race or nationality). Noone has ever broken into my car nor my apartment, noone has ever tried to rob me. I keep to myself, I don't bother anyone, and noone bothers me. You all need to mind your own and maybe you won't experience all the bullcrap you claim happens to you. Bayvue is alright. The people are really not that bad, the management office is helpful and maintenance is pretty good. Everybody complaining about roaches is probably nasty, try cleaning your apartment for once and call maintenance for extermination (it's FREE!!!). Nasty dirty people will bring roaches and problems to any neighborhood no matter how nice it may appear. So clean your house and mind YOUR business!!!

You are a truly troubled individual. Have you been inhaling too much fumes from all the roach spray? First of all, no one here gets a prize or huge reward for their comments about Bayvue, so how you could call these people liars is BS. And I'd beg to differ as to the troublemaker comment. If we were all troublemakers wouldn't we be harrassing you instead of complaining about Bayvue over the internet? As far as the roaches, it doesnt matter how much you clean or how well you scrub any area of your apartment, roaches are still going to be there because the buildings are INFESTED. The problem with people like you, is that you call people dirty, yet you obviously don't know what infestation is. It's when the roaches have basically taken over the building and no, getting your FREE extermination spray here and there won't help either. In order to get rid of the roaches Bayvue would have to remove everyone from the buildings, put them in hotels for a night, and then bomb all the buildings (bomb of course meaning releasing a poisonous gas that kills the roaches in every crack and crevice). But, you know what? Bayvue isn't going to do that because the management are -------s who could care less. Second, you can try to play "good neighbor" all you want and keep to yourself. I also keep to myself, yet it doesn't prevent me from hearing loud people outside as well as through my walls. So, you've been at Bayvue for 4 years? Well, congratulations you must feel proud to have been living at a completely sh***y hellhole for so long. Get your facts right before you decide to call people "liars".
