Ok, so there are some bugs. Keep your house clean and you dont have a problem. Too many --------' You dont hear people in the higher class neighborhoods saying there are too many white people. Get over it! I am a single mother with 3 little girls ON THE GROUND LEVEL! Aside from the outrageous rent and lack of customer service, its not all that bad. Trust me, there are far worse places to be than Bayvue.

What's good about it, then? Outrageous rent and lack of customer service; can't be much worse than that. The reason you don't hear anyone complain about White people is, WE DON'T CAUSE TROUBLE!!!

I don't think that was a dumb remark at all. Look at the statistics, there are many more problems in mostly minority neighborhoods. There are more drugs and crime in these areas. That is a fact to live with; like it, or not. Any other opinion, and that's all they would be, is wrong.

BosnM8, I agree that the remark made by buoyboy was not dumb; it was stupid and displays ignorance on both of you. Well, I beg to differ with BosnM8 and buoyboy. Both remarks display a lack of morale and respect for other races. Please do not think or think that you know the statistics of crimes in neighborhoods. Many studies have shown that there is just as much or more crime committed by caucasians; however, the media does not publicize the "white" crimes as they do minority crimes. Sadly, the two of you have either a) fallen victim to the media or b) are racist. The comments made by the two of you were completely out of line and it is unfortunate that there are still people in this world that still have this racist perception of minorities. It is time to stop thinking one race is better than another and realize that more than one race was created and all races were created equal. Before you start stating statistics, please dig a little further and research all involved parties instead of the one that you are not.

First of all, rex1300, if you've never even lived around here, and have no affiliation with Bayvue, then butt out. ForAGoodCause, maybe we are racist. If we are, I wonder how we got that way? Like it, or not, immigration is a HUGE problem in this community and across the country. Immigrants DO cause most of the trouble. Not only that, the eyesore of seeing them begging for jobs on the side of the road. They, along with anyone who hires them, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

emlanz, save us all the trouble of your life history. Anyone who lives at Bayvue will tell you that every morning around 5am - 7am a flock of -------- get up and walk down the road to 7-11 to wait amongst the trees and bushes to be picked up for work. Why do they have to wait there? Because they are illegal immigrants in need of a job. If you're here legally and went through the legal process of becoming an American citizen, then good for you. It's the illegals ones we have a problem with, especially in Bayvue where the Hispanic population out numbers whites and other minorities. 10 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment is more than just a little suspicious. Hell, this whole area is like Spanish Harlem. You don't know how bad I'd love to walk around Bayvue with an INS Jacket on.

I would be a tat more concerned about the safety of my kids. The parking lots are dark because Management ignore the fact that they have any obligation to keep tenants safe. I am a resident, and I have had major issues with people sitting outside watching your every move. Complaints to management surely did not resolve anything. Again, a safety issue. I also have a child and in addition to a single parent! The altimate goal is make managmeent comply to its own rules!
