I've been living here for 6 months and my husband and I were fed up the first 3!!!! I actually begged them to let me out of the lease because this is ridiculous! It's been one thing after another!

First! Roaches!!! What the heck''' They exterminate at their own convenience then you gotta be home and remove everything from your cabinets and what not. Whoever mentione them leaving your doors unlocked is absolutely right! I get scared they may steal something. They just open the door and come right on in! What if I was in the shower or something'''/

Second: Our heater kept releasing a horrible smell which woke us up several nights. We had to call the fire department one time because it was so bad.

Third: Noise! I had a noisy stomper upstairs and the floors are old, squeaky, creaky, you can hear everything! I was awaken every morning sometimes at 4am from thumping and stomping upstairs

Resident relations is wack! The lady that answers the phone has an attitude, the manager patty doesn't care, they mix up mediation dates, the security is a joke, parking is never available. Everybody and their momma got a parking space sticker or not and we're stuck walking blocks to get home at night, we've been attacked acouple of times by flying giant cockroaches one fell from the ceiling on my husband stomach which freaked us both out for the rest of the night!(talk about spoiling the mood) I can go on and on, but I hope ya'll got the point...wait! one more thing!!! The water is terrible!!! Im afraid to shower in it. It's alternates from brown to a reddish orange and then it makes your skin itchy..Im thinking about just cooking with bottled water lol. I don't know what's going on with the pipes. Well that's all...I just can't wait till Im out! It's been a waste of money. $810 for a small, roach infested, noisy apartment is certainly not a good deal. Im stuck here until July-August of 2006 so you know this is recent!
